Book 1 Hardcover

As I have gotten older, it has been harder for me to make time for myself to sit down and read. This book was able to drag me out of that funk, tempting me into staying up late at night for just a few more pages, or looking for those few moments I could steal from other activities to get through another chapter.

I wouldn't call myself particularly good at picking themes out of stories as I read them. But this story's themes of loving those you love, especially in the face of bigotry, is all the more poignant and important in the days that we currently find ourselves in. Getting to explore these themes with giant, fluffy, feathery, beautiful gryphons makes these books a great addition to any furry library.

Since I finished this first book, I have been counting down the days for when I knew I would be able to order more of the series. I do believe that day is just about here~
